My parcel never arrived.

We’re so sorry to hear about any delivery issues. While Skylaris isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number. If you require any additional assistance, please contact us here.

How do I track my order?

Can I cancel my order?

We completely understand that plans can change! However, once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it as the fulfilment process begins right away. Please take a moment to ensure all details are correct before checking out.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Items purchased can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase for store credit. To start a return, please drop us a message here with your order number. Rest assured that the team will contact you in 3 business days.

What conditions must items be in for a return or exchange?

To be eligible for any return or exchange, the item(s) must be in its original purchase condition, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

My item is defective.

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please drop us a message here within 2 weeks from date of receipt and we will send you another piece. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.
